Read through the initial posting and it says it will lift off and land but has not been tested for flight. You'd be taking your chances to try to commute with it.

First he claimed it was functional to the point it would lift 10'. Then later he changes his story when he finds it doesn't have any motors.

Nothing but a bunch of rambling and contradicting lies. The guy is a flake and I can't believe it made ebay's home page. Only thing more unbelievable is someone willing to pay $50K for what looks like an unfinished 1979 Popular Science project.
