RCA dog sound

Fixing up a Busa project. After getting all the electricals in order. Started to get a high pitched sound. A perfect monotone I would estimate of 10 k hertz. All that is needed to start the tone is to move the bike a few feet. Even with the ignition off. When the ignition turned on, the sound definetly starts.
It's the kind of sound Dogs would turn heads. It even got a Dog howing a few hunded yards away. Once the tone starts low volume at first. Builds to be loud enough to get noticed. Most times only lasting tens of seconds. Some have lasted as long as fifteen minutes. The fifteen minute longs ones are very loud that's the one that gets Dogs howling.
Bike is quiet 90% of the time. Have noticed the connection the bike has to move a few feet before it starts. Like a tunning fork needs little help starting up by physical movement.
Hard to pin point monotone source. It seems to be come from everywhere. It even sounds like its from objects near the bike. Heh can only think the comotion it'll cause parked in public areas.

The Dash Guages, ECM, Tank Fuel Pump. Last thing to fix was the Fuel pump then noticed this sound afterwards. The tank only has Gallon of gas in it. Don't notice any mechanical problems caused by the sound. It's easy to live with. It might go away after hitting the streets and never show up again.
This sound common ? Or should I name the Busa 'Mariah Carey'. Cause She like's singing and hits those really high notes

Few pictures of this Busa. Salvaged and given a second chance on the roads. Pieced together from parts from many Busas used parts.

Thanks for check out this thread. Door prize is niffty Air pump mod. Shown the picture is a mini compressor Plastic covering cut off using a utility knife. This is to allow the rear cowling to fit without hitting the pump. Removed the cylinder head to gain access to the pressure dial that was hitting the cowling. Using the California Canister bracket to mount the pump. The pump diameter is same as emission cannister. Splcing 5-6 feet of small diameter presure tubing so to reach the tires. Shoved the hose into the area between the trunk and cowling.
Tubless tire repair kit, out in middle of nowhere your good to go

Looks like you have done a lot to restore that bike. Yeah, waiting on parts does suck!

The fuel pump whines when you turn on the key. Unplug it and then try it. You don't notice it so much after a while but, I always wait for it to stop before I fire mine up. Nice looking resto, good work.

What mctrull said: check the fuel pump if the sound only lasts 10 seconds.

Thanks, Checked fuel pump. Unplugged it waited few days. It seemed the sound had gone. Today did some wrenching on the bike. Backed it outside the garage. After few minute the sound started again. The pump still unplugged. Hmm
The sound cotinued to build. The Dogs starting to bark

Off to one side taking short break after completing the wrenching. Thinking what type of reaction Bike would get in a large group ride during a break. Damn this thing is loud and very distracting. I'd have to park a good distance away from the others.

Start to gather the tools from around the bike. At one point the sound changed. It was when using the Gas tank to counter balance while lifting a tool box. Messed around grabbing the tank in different areas. Found the Gas cap was the culprit.
The bike moved into the sunlight. Started gas vapor pressure to form from the heat. The Gas cap actting like a tea kettle whistle.
The tank 01 model and gas cap 02 model. It might just be the rubber seal is aged and hardened from being exposed to the elements at the wrecking yard.
