Flanges on the throttle body will have to be made to allow the plenum to be bolted up. Then we may have clearance issues with the gas tank and the plenum. Last but not least, ECU unlocking or Motec ecu will be required. I don't see any other challenges as gen2 goodies should bolt up. The picture above of the plenum is just sitting on top of the throttle body and no way to be clamped yet.

Anyone heard of any progress being made?

Blue, did you get a 22 or a 23?
dealer said at this point they're not sure if it'll be a '22 or a '23, but looking at the new colors, I'm kinda hoping it's the gunmetal '23. But if it isn't (and if Suzuki isn't doing 0% at the time), considering getting it and just trading it in on a '23 when they're available. This is assuming that Richard @ RCC hasn't agreed to start building it yet. So damn excited for turbo + OEM quickshift

Time will tell. I now the NA builds have been bad. I've been trying to toss HTP deposit money for other 2 months for a big NA build like Chris Moore had but they are "too busy" to accept. I guess I will be looking at RCC turbo kit in the near future. Although I would still like rods and pistons when turbo'd. *sigh*

Hello, did your bike ever get finished? I’m still not seeing a Gen 3 kit on his website and I’d really like to get a stage 2 kit.

I feel vendors really don't want money on this platform. Part development is very poor. The plenum seems to be the only real challenge for the 2022 kits. Your guess is as good as mine.

RCC should really reach out to TSS and get those flanges if they won't want to spend the time to make them. That's really the big hold up.

Pretty sure Richard has already done his own.

Anyone that is serious about a Gen-3 Turbo, just call RCC. He probably won’t have it on the website before he has inventory.

in case anyone is interested, this is what I ended up with -- 2021 dealer demo with ~1100 miles sold as new. i've been really impressed with it so far. the smoothness of it, the build quality, the engine's torque delivery. i have an opened up ~200hp 2020 GSXR1000, and while the top end is definitely more violent, it doesn't feel much faster than the hayabusa -- although the latter could definitely still use a turbo!

couple of minor complaints -- the cruise control is a little jittery to me, maybe just my bike, but it feels like it's jerking me forward and back just a little bit. the exhaust is *so* quiet, which I understand is mostly Euro5's fault. the stock windscreen felt like it was directing air directly into my helmet, touring screen really helped that.

super happy overall. Suzuki really stepped up the build quality as well, which I'm thankful for. I appreciate the engineering they put into all of their bikes, big kudos to the team that built it.

when I emailed him a month or two ago, he said maybe this fall he'd be ready to start doing them. I'm (im)patiently waiting

Ya I've started messaging TSS, Richard "TSS" has a 2022 Hayabusa with gen2 cams, he said I should be able to get a base map for my Woolich if I choose to order. By looking at his other videos he also runs a spacer plate to drop the comp down to 9.5:1 ruffly.

After seeing Chris Moore's videos, I feel cams will be required to fix the power band. The supercharger will fill in the lack of low and mid end hp right away.

It might be nicer than turbo for street fun. My gen1 turbo busa felt like a 600cc out of boost and a train in boost. Plus side I can keep my $1800 Brock's Alien Head 2 system.

Figure, gen2 cams, spacer plate, gaskets & head studs. Huge no idea about clutch springs yet.
