RCCTURBOS.COM  WTF....

OK..Maby I just took this the wrong way,, But I didn't think I was asking too much.

I Just sold some toys and Have wanted a turbo for a long time, So with 5k sitting in front of me collecting dust I wrote RCCTURBOS.COM and expressed intrest in the stage one kit and had a few question (That he did not answer) and Asked if it was possible for him to e-mail me or direct me to the install instructions to read over before I ordered a stage 1 kit.  

I told him I just wanted to see if there was anything I didn't cover and so I know exactly what to expect and getting in to.,
I get a reply..and all it says is directions only come with the kit.

WTF... Am I missing something something here? Is there some type of secret with the instructions?   Hell Motorhead post his instructions on his web site.

I guess they don't need my money.  I was going to buy a stage 1 from RCC or MotorHead (Dennis), I guess I just should of ordered from Dennis in the first place
I looked into RCC because of a recomendation.

I guess I feel it's just a sad way to do buisness.

Dont know if you it,but Dennis gets his kits from RCC,so you wont be hurting them if you go with Dennis.

I have dealt with Richard on some other things like titanium sprockets. He came through for me when others promised the sprocket and then could not follow through. Bottom line is you have to go through someone you feel good about dealing with. Richard does furnish lots of materials to other builders including Dennis. Some of the higher end kits have some great mods made including some to the plenum for cooling.
