1st...where can I get them?

2nd...how do they lower the front end?

3rd...easy to install?

they don't lower the front end. They are a spacer that goes under the triple tree allowing you to slide the forks farther up in the fork tubes which in turn lowers your front end.

very easy to install.... 4 bolts on the triple and insert risers, reinstall new longer bolts.... bout a 15min install.

Awesome...is 1 inch down in the front low enough to keep the bike stable if I'm going 3 inches in the back?

yeah I would say so.... i have mine 1.5" front/2" rear.
