Rear hump question

I just bought a rear hump off eBay. Something looks different to me. I don't remember a notch on the left side. Is there a difference between 08 and 11 rear hump?

ZERO difference, exactly the same for all Gen IIs (08-13)

i think its for the helmet strap....

I thought the same but the notch is in the wrong place. Also its just on one side.

Can someone check there gen 2 and see if that notch is in yours?

Yep,just looked at my 2011 and it's left side only for a helmet.
