Rear seat hump

Just a quick newbie Q - the rear seat hump comes as a separate unit.
In my excitement today I didnt really get a good look at how it attaches - I assume you need to remove the grab rail and then plug the holes with the bungs provided?

I'm on such a high that any simple pointers by you guys might avert a ham-fisted and bungled install

Thanks in anticipation

That's basically it, you want have any trouble with it. I don't like it, but you might want to check out " Hump Mod " threads.

You will have to cut the bottom of the hump to get grab rail to fit.

I've seen a pic of a gen-2 with the mod but it requires more cutting than a gen-1.

if you ride two up a lot do the hump mod other wise skip unless you like the look just too lazy do the mod and that the fiance's out the pic im ridding only one a heck of a lot but hot chicks do want to ride often

It only takes about two minutes to take the grab rail off and four minutes to put it on. I'm not cutting mine!
