Rear shock adjustment?

Do i turn clockwise or counterclockwise to slow how fast the shock rises? It isthe top adjuster, isn't it. For dragrace appl. Also to make the compression softer(down force) do i turn counter or clockwise. I am trying to get my shock set up with 2'' extended arm. Thanks

clockwise as I recall will "tighten" the fluid flow.. counter clockwise will open the orifice and allow more flow (softer)

Is the adjuster on the top for allowing the shock to rise slower

The large nut on top is the preload adjustment. if you are going to dragrace you might get a shock that is specific to dragracing then fine tune it

Bottom adjustment is the rebound. Clockwise is slower.
