Hey guys! Bikes in 6lorida and I'm at my buddies fab shop in TN. Does anyone know the dimensions of a rear wheel stand so I can fab one while I'm in town? Thanks as always! Posted via Mobile Device
All I really need is the width, where it attachs on each side of swing arm. And just a guestamate of the tube length from each end to center of bend
Top to bend/ bottem to bend.hope that makes sense. Thanks so much. Doing this on my blackberry 4 the first time hope this reply works!!!! Posted via Mobile Device
Lifting arms are of a smaller diameter tube and about 18 3/8 inches across
Hook to hook where it picks up is 14 inches..
Length is around 20 inches...
Height of each arm is about 12 1/2 inches
Handle length is around 15 1/2 inches
2 wheels on each side
And a pic of the spools I use..
The hooks slide in and out and you should make it in someway able to be adjusted for any margin of error.
Hope these help. Let me know if you need anything else or pics of another angle.
There is a little channel cut into each hook shaft. This keeps it from rotating or letting hooks turn in stand itself and dropping the bike. Rusty allen head screw is what secures if from moving in or out as well as stops it from turning.
