Regret.... or good decision

I'm an ebay junky. Saw a turbo kit, buy it now for 2000. I almost bought it, but decided it was more important to get an engine before I buy a turbo kit. I didn't want anyone to get it right away so I just bid the min bid which was 1800 to take away the buy it now. Ended up the auction went up to 2400. Would you of bought it if you were in my shoes?

I don't know what kinda kit it was...but it usually, comes near 4k...of course, after the the charger itself they need more parts...but, I wouldn't spend 2k and some parts is not available and all the headache stuff? I would just go to the local shops and start it from there, unless if you know the system like back of your hands....
