Remote Reservoir Mounting?

I am looking at either an ELKA or Penske rear shock.

I've been lead to believe that a remote reservoir is a slightly better option. My big question is how (and where) do I go about mounting the remote reservoir on my '09? Do the manufacturers of the shock provide brackets? Or is that something I would have to fabricate myself?
