Hello... Just wondering how the front turn signals come out? I have a friend thats going to tint them a little for me, but I have to take the lens out without breaking something. Thanks

Hmm So it would be too much work for tinting the turns huh? I really dont wanna take anything major apart since the bike is still new.

not alot of work to do and it will not take that long to pull the nose off
if this is something you want to really do go for it. dont worry about it being new. sooner or later your going to have it apart like 50 times.

If you are going to take off the nose, remove the mirrors, then the two upper inner fairing peices that surround the gauge cluster (there are three screws and 2 pop rivits) then the lower black cover underneath the nose, then the six screws on the lower fairings. Once you have al the screws removed, then gently pull the nose forward; there is a small multi connector on the left side that you will need to disconnect and then the nose will be ojj. The turn signals are held in with two screws each, so remove the bulb sockets and then the two screws and out the signal housings come...

Then re-install.

Hope that helps.

+1 to what Shawn posted...

It was just time consuming taking the nose off, but worth the effort if for no other reason than to know how everything's put together

I was pulling the gauge cluster out and everything just seeing how it all goes in place LOL

All I remember from that experience was that the nose itself was a b*tch to remove...gotta pull pretty hard, but once you get it off, all is good...good luck!
