Repacking Brock's Alien Head

ok I've read that on Brock's site they do not need to be repacked.
But both local guys have a new alien head and there's sounds deep & a lot quieter.
Mine sounds higher pitched and very loud.
Now contrary to what Brock's says, has anyone taken their alien head apart and repacked their can?
Where to buy the rivets as I didn't see it on the Brock's site & these rivets seem a little different than the ones you buy at a local auto parts store. I know I'll need to buy stainless ones.
Where to buy packing or which exact packing to buy also?

So never did a Brocks , But have done my Hindle can on my Vmax and my TiForce on My Busa , I used this in both http://www.areapnolimits.com/products/Muffler-Packing.php Rivets I got at Harbor Freight ,

After repack on my Hindle

Do you have the same Alien head as them ie. Alien Head 1 or Alien Head 2? Maybe a stupid question and means nothing but Ive been told the AH 2 has larger can and header diameter. Also what about mods. Airbox, flash, pc, pair valve etc. All things that could possibly make a slight difference in sound? Dont bash me anybody...just a longshot hypothesis.

I think they have the 2 and I have the 1.
Maybe that's the diff,.
But does an alien 1 need repacking, it's pretty old and well used with lots of miles on it.

No Repack And The Sound Is Different Due To Sizing.. Yell Through A Paper Towel Tube, Then Yell Through A Traffic Cone..See The Difference
