Retifer check

Hi fellas a friend of mine is trying to check his retifier on his 99 busa
he said he got everything off execpt 2 philips head screws holding the plastic to the frame all bolts were easy execpt these is there something special to do to get these off when he called me with the question i figured this would be a good time to post for the first time with the experts.any help is appr fellas

I'm assuming it's the screws holding the rubber stops under the seat. Get a large philips screw driver. Nothing special.

thats it, he said he's about striped them tryin to get them lose i'll call him tomorrow and suggest a large philly head thanx
