Returning PM's, Emails?

Most of us get many PM's, emails, etc.

I am refering to people from .org's(any .org not just this one) or people you know, NOT salesman, etc.

Do you respond to all, most or some of these?

Maybe respond only if you deem it important?

What is your general philosophy on responding?

I thought the results would be interesting, most of my personal emails/PM's are answered, but not all.

always but the 60 second flood rule.... SUx have no idea why it is on.. I have never had any problems with PM spam.. if there was a problem, sure, but if you have 5 or more PM's.. I just start get frustrated and leave.. instead of a couple minutes, I end up there for 60 seconds each... does not sound like much but how long does it take to read 1 or 2 lines of text and send a "Sure!" or "last week of April" etc... now I got 50 seconds to sit back and think about well..... the color of the background..
