I commute daily, rain or shine, about 30 mi round trip. Gas is getting rediculous.

Wife is starting to look at bikes, now...........

$2.98 here and I do see more cycles on the road. Infact I see alot of Ranchers and Farmers on the Big Suz scooters and not their Big Ton Pickup with the hay spike in the rear

I calculated how much I save if I ride 4 out of 5 days a week 240mi total instead of driving my truck. And it works out the difference pays for my Busa and the Insurance. GO figure a free Hayabusa!!

I ride every chance I get to work. Saves on gas big time for me.
Saves me about 65.00 a week if I ride 4 to 5 days. If I could ride everyday
for 2 weeks It would cost me about 11.00 and if I drove my truck it would cost me about 150.00. So yes I will ride the busa every chance I get. Anyway it is fun riding the busa.

Been riding for the last few weeks to and from work. Wow, is it nice to put in $12.00 and have it last a week to 1 1/2 weeks compared to driving the Grand Cherokee with AWD and V8 - costs about $50.00 to $60.00 a week to drive.

Today I've notice more and more people are riding to work. And at my work, Im starting to see old bikes and scooters showing up and asking me where to park at work. I think its cool...guys and dolls both riding more.

People are starting to ask about riding in the rainy weather and in the mornings when it is 38 F outside, and I pass along tips and making new friends in the process.

I love the elements, riding at night, riding durring the day...just love it. I swear once it gets in your blood you are hooked for life. And what makes it even better is I ride the best damnn bike ever built..Long live the Hayabusa.

10,000 miles + last year
& would love to put on about 15K this year

I don't know if its a good thing to see "more" riders out there, Yeah I'm being sarcastic something alittle funny I saw yesterday I'm on the Busa wearing Helmet, riding jacket, gloves, riding boots, and jeans
pass this gut on a big expensive HD Road King, or heritage classic his riding attire, tank top, loose fitting shorts, tennis shoes with no socks, so yea seeing way to much of other riders is not necessarily a good thing

I guess He paid so much for his bike didn't have enough left for cloths.

Now back to the serious side yep definitely seeing more Bikes here lately.

I hear you! I ride my 'Busa to work as much as I can (weather permitting). It's between the 'Busa (mid 30's mpg) or my F250 (mid 11's mpg). Hmm....that's a tough choice.

I commute to work about 54 miles round trip. It's a no brainer, I either take the Busa or the Nomad. Both get low 40's per gal.

Makes me REALLY glad I bought my Busa...

(doesn't do as well on gas as my old Katana did, but hey, the price you pay for quality
