Riding the 'ring'

Going with a fast crew to the 'Ring' in Germany - this will be the first visit to the ring - heard lots of stories about it !! Has anyone been there and tried it out ? For those who dont know what it is, first the good news - its a race track in Germany that is open to the public at certain times with no speed limits and its cheep - bad news is that literally anyone can get on so you may well come across anything from mopeds to bus loads of Japanese tourists !! Aparently you have to be a little insane - averages 1 death aweek on the track.

That's right watch out for the tourist buses and the cars piling down into the corners.
