Riding without side fairings or under-belly fairings?

I am getting a dyno-tune on Wed. and want them to do it with my side fairings off.

Is it safe to ride my busa to the dyno-tune shop without the side fairings and the under-belly fairing?

I was wondering the same thing ?

I have to get my bike inspected in July, and I'm going to have to throw the stock pipes back on to get it to pass the db test. Then come back, and put the full Hindle back on. It would save a lot of headache (I hate putting those things on).

I was just wondering if the front cowl will be secure enough ??

As long as your mirrors ate still on the bike the front cowl should not come off. I've rode for 5 miles each way @ 40 to 50 mph without any problems.

You will be fine.
Rode the bike for a while when the turbo was on it without side or under panels.
