Yes here I go again, ranting and raving about another track day. Try one and see why, lol.....

I will be heading to Road Atlanta to sample the freshly paved surface on Sunday May 27th.

This is Memorial Day weekend so you will have all day Monday to recover.

This day is run by NESBA and you can run the 1st two sessions of the day for free in the Intro groupe.

What's up with that final descending corner just before Start/Finish? I heard they were shaving that down some?

I havent heard that.

I do know some changes were made just before wheelie hill.

Oh. I think that's what it was. I heard some of the Superbike guys were having problems with front end lift during WOT acceleration through that section.

None of us have done this track before, but Charles knows a local track junkie that says this is a SWEET track.

Plus it's only a hour from Vegas

The wife and I are looking at a Fall vacation to Vegas.

If I can schedule it around a track day, I am going to use www.sportbikerental.com to rent a bike just for the track.

Yep the Intro group allows you to run the 1st two sessions of the day for free.

You will ride with the B class.

If you are gonna make the trip....you ought to just do the whole day.

There was a FJR1300 that rode from Raleigh to Savannah for the Intro sessions last Saturday.
