Hey gang! I like to do 1 road trip in the spring and 1 after labor day.
This year a solo ride was what I wanted to do.
Headed out the door friday for the historic gold country in Northern Calif. Auburn / Sutters Mill / Agels Camp
I had been over the Tioga Pass before ( Yosemite area ) and the Sonora Pass too. But I read about Ebitts Pass Hwy 4 on Pashnit.com and wanted to see it myself. I was not disappointed!

To make a long fun journey to the point I left home friday a.m. and got back monday p.m. Crossed the Sierra's 4 times.
Saw a few deer, and a mama bear and 2 cubs ran across the hwy about 50 yrds in front of me, saw tons of awesome scenery and had great food and interesting conversations with folks I met along the way. If you have the means I highly recomend it.
