Just out: The Romney camp just posted their campaign contributions for the month of June. Seems they collected $100,000,000 much of which was unsolicited.

And that was BEFORE I sent my contribution!

Could this be the first presidential election in history where the challenger raises more money than the incumbent?

Yeah I think the GOP pushed to get the contribution limits overturned for this upcoming election seeing the need to raise more money to get it's message out to their target audience, I don't agree with Mr. Romney on somethings as a candidate but his team and the super pacs did a great job raising that much green by pumping their base with the ads they have been putting out
