can someone tell me how to replace these lights also what size bulb i'm thinking it's a 194/168 wedge bulb, i'm looking for blue led

They are a PITA to get at. you are right about the wedge, just keep it at 5 watts or lower. Can't help you with the LED specs.
It will be a LOT easier to take off the lower dash cover, and the interlocked inner fairing parts. It's virtually impossible to get at the bulb sockets without removing some of the plastic. It should take about 5 minutes or so to remove the panels, and swap out the bulbs, then another 5 minutes to button it up again.

Are we talking about the pinch bulbs like those in my Avatar?
I replaced them when installed the HID (All fairings removed), but yup, if you just remove the dash panel you'll get enough access W/O having to remove any fairings at all, the bulbs I installed are just automotive blue led pinch bulbs.
About the turning lights bulbs, they are also simple and plain automotive one pole leds bulbs, don't match the sockets, but just got rid of a bit of metal from one of the poles and then they fitted just fine in the socket, no problems so far and it's been a couple of months and like 3000+ miles, but I'm pretty sure using those is not legal there at US.
