Same Service Manual?

I have a PDF manual for 99-03 hayabusa and am wondering if it would work for my 06 busa... I noticed that the manual I'm supposed to use is 99-07 so i assume it's the same but I figuire I would pose the question to the brain trust...

so what do you guys think?

Yes it will work fine.
I posted the wiring diagrams for each year, so there may be a slight difference there:

Right on! I've saved the wiring diagrams... looks like 05-07 are the same correct?

Any other differences I should look out for????

There are some slight differences. One I recall is the way the front sprocket was held in place on my '06
