I'm going in for surgery at 2:30pm today. The doc's don't like how my right arm bone is healing. So they're gonna go in, rebreak it then set the bone and put some pins and a plate in it. I will have a cast for 6weeks. They gave me a choice to leave it alone or have them reset it to minimize possible arthritis in the future. I was going to leave it but the wife and her mom were giving me the vibe that they wanted me to do it. They said it was "my choice", yeah right. You married fellows know that tone in their voice that women get. I'm doing this to make them happy and to avoid a possible "I told you so" later situation. It could go bad down the road, more of a 50/50. This precedure I guess is the right thing to do.

Anyways, I could use the extra prayers to get me by.

I had my arm rebroken many years ago, but the doctor just came in my hospital room, sawed the cast off and snapped her into.

That was not something I'll ever forget.
