what do you have to do to search a topic on this forum? i must be an idiot cuz i cant seem to find it

I have part of the Kanji symbol and then the topic part starts, no search or support can be seen. any suggestions? This is probally the problem other members are having. Probally just how our computers are set up, any help will be welcome.
