Seat cowl and handlebar

on many pictures i can see that many busas have simultanusly both the back seat cowl and the passenger handlebar.IHow this is done? do i have to cut the seat cover to achieve this?

You got it, take a dremmel and notch out the cowl. I am not very mechanical and it was easy. Just use a marker to trace out the cut. Cut it small at first, and keep making it bigger till it fits.

It is nerve racking to cut into your baby. Just take it slow.

I've done mine too.......take it nice and easy and start grindin away bit by bit.
A pneumatic die grinder works great if one's available.

Does keeping the handle bar on ruin a little of the aerodynamics though... I am thinking you may get some vibration at high speeds.

Mine's perfect.....not a scratch or crack.
Jus take it nice and slow.....try to keep the heat down.
