Seat eating my bike

Apparently my seat has decided it wants to eat paint while I ride, just took off the seat and the front left corner has been digging into my gas tank enough to create a good amount of rust, just sanded and painted it, what could I do to prevent this from happening again? Is my seat Warped?

I don't know but the same is happening to me on the right side of the tank!

Weird.... Are the holes where the seat bolts up worn? any play in the seat when its bolted down?

My New Image seat did that , I just put a peice of sticky back foam where it was rubbing and problem solved.

i grabbed some industrial velcro from the home depot and used the felt part to place over the affected area. problem solved!
