She saw the sun...

So after almost six weeks of pain recovering from wrist surgery and not riding my Busa, finally got my cast off a few days ago and was able to take her outside of the underground garage we have.  Still hurts like hell to ride and can't go anywhere far, plus I'm extra cautious because I don't want to drop her, but at least I got the wheels turning.  Went to the gas station this morning to get some air in the tires and since I had her outside, figured I'd pose her.... here's some pics

Fire lane be damned! Park that 'Busa where you want! Glad you were able to get her out again! I'm sure it felt good!

Thanks a lot fellas. Yeah, it felt awesome. I'll probably take her out again this week for another short trip and slowly take her out more and more as my wrist heals. Throttle control wasn't easy because when my wrist reaches the limits of its range of motion, it hurts like hell, so I kind of felt like a newbie with that sloppy throttle; definitely not as smooth as i used to be. I'll get it back though, I'm just so glad to be at least semi-riding.

You can take pictures, but you can't ride?

Looks good, but she will look better rolling down the road! Get better soon or I'll have to come over there and ride her for you.

Alright alright, the stitches finally popped off...all 11 of them. Now my gloves will go on without bothering me so much. Maybe I'll be able to ride more. Looks lovely doesn't it?
