Short road trip

We left yesterday morning headed to eastern Alabama specifically Guntersville area. From there we ended up heading south all the way to Destin Florida. Just got home a few minutes ago. 938 miles round trip safely.

Almost a thousand miles?

? Your but may be sore for days. I don't know how some of you guys do it. I can't ride more than a few hours before I call it quits. Maybe it's the real hot and humid weather that kills me with the heat and long pants sticking to me and everything. I leave in the AM wearing boxers and get home wearing a thong. LOL

I thought about that while we were there. If it had been a planned trip I would have tried to get up with y'all for dinner or a ride. It was a very spur of the moment kind of trip. Maybe next time. I'll buy dinner if you know of a good place for seafood!

No Sir I am sorry to say that I do not. One sure fire way to get to know them is to ride them. Scottsboro is only about 2 hours from my house. I will try my best to get up there in the next couple weekends and start learning them. This past weekend was the 1st time I have ridden in the Gubntersville area as well. There are some very nice roads and some great scenery as well.

Definitely...Busa159 is coming out from OK City on August 18. He will be riding through your town. Maybe you could come then. I will be spending that night at the Phillips in Robbinsville. I plan to hook up with him in Cleveland TN, near Chattanooga.
