Sidestand Mod Kit

There hasn't been too much interest in the sidestand mod so I put my order for the 50 ft sloop on hold.

What I'd like to do is pass out a few free mod kits to Busa owners willing to install and evaluate it.

To install it you have to drill a 1/4" hole through the sidestand pad. Insatllation instructions can be found at www.shermworks.com/modinst.gif

The purpose of the mod is to reduce the stock sidestand's tendency to self retract, especially when facing downhill. It works pretty well and accidental tipovers can be expensive. Pictures at www.shermworks.com/standmod.jpg

All of the free sidestand mod kits have been sent out for evaluation - 12 in all, none left. We'll see what the reaction is.
