Now that I’m recovering from my crash I’m looking for some good boots. Was looking at the Sidi B2 what do you think? Normal rider no track time, here lately the bed is the only thing I can ride but when I’m on my feet off I’ll go.

Heal quickly my brother. I've never owned a pair of nice boots, but plenty of folks here have them and will speak up.

Sidi makes a fantastic product. You'll be well pleased with that purchase if that's what you decide.

:beerchug:

Sidi strada airs here. I love them. Once broken in a bit they are comfortable to wear on and off the bike.

Love my new ones.

I've worn Sidi boots for the past 10 years. The newest ones offer more protection and adjustments than ever before. Excellent gear choice IMO! Get well,.........and ride safe!

Love my new ones.

had the same ones, bought them on a group buy on the org a yr ago or so for $250,once broken in they were sweet

sold them when i sold my 02,deciding between these again or the pair Komodo makes,I really like Komodo gear

I just bought a pair of Sidi Vortice. I love the fit but they take a significant amount of time to put on and adjust. I will probably only wear these on rides lasting more than an hour.

Nice boot. Can’t wait to recover and get back on the road, but that will be another couple of months. With luck by then I might have the settlement to get new gear and the Busa.:drooling3:

Sidi Corsa - great boot. I had a pair of B-2's that I crash tested at the track, good boots, but I prefer the additional protection offered w/ the Corsa & the new model.

Which Sidi boots would work better for the street, including some walking--Crossfires or Vertigo Corsas?

There are different styles of boots out there. Which direction are you headed, a trackday armored style boot or a sport-touring boot?

I first bought the Sidi OnRoad Sympatex boot over 10 years ago, 13?, when I was looking for a waterproof boot. I wanted to be able to stand in 12 inches of water, so that was my requirement. They wear like shoes being that they are all leather.

I'm actually on my second pair now. The first pair started to fall apart after a decade of daily riding. Wore the sole all the way through, and the strap glue didn't work so good after 100,000+ miles of riding. Bought the same pair and working on another 100K.

That you can still buy the same boot, 11, 12 years later, no changes- speaks for itself.
