Friend of mine did a similiar japanese themed bike. Steve from www.tocc.biz Freddy from Killer kreations his inhouse painter did it. he does all my bikes.

You are definately talented. If I can offer any advise I would say to not go crazy and try to fit everything in on one bike.
Your sketch is too much! Highlight the lines of the bike with your work, that will impress people more than a busy paint job.
An idea: make the samuri cover the entire front and use the rear cowl to put his sword on with him holding it, with some fresh kwak green blood on it or something?
