How do you remove flapper door without destroying it?
I would like to try this mod,but I can't seem to remove
door from air box

?I would like to remove door in
one piece,so as if I want to restore to stock I can.THX

In doing the small air box mod, that entire assy must be cut out. You cannot go back after doing that mod. Check out the pics in this thread.

I cut mine out, but know that some have just removed the flap. You can pull the valve, 1/4 turn and carefully remove it. You should be able to flex the flapper valve so it will remove from the pins it swivels on.

OK,I'm confused

,small airbox mod,is removal of
partial flooring of air box and flapper door,so what
is the "Large Air Box Mod"?

Large mod removes the whole floor.
