I see this one used an awful lot by certain board members. It usually has no accompanying text to clarify what the intended meaning might be. Are you confused by the posting, or does the smilie mean something else? Interesting? Curious? I don't understand? I'm trying to look like Dwayne Johnson?

I don't get it. I won't point anyone out in particular but here's a screenshot of its usage:

It's used by the folks who really think that your post count means something, like it matters. We call those people Post ho's. I guess its quicker than actually writing something.
