So it's a monday here...

Just checkin in again...seein how everyone's doin. I really should be crackin down on work, but what the heck. Why not live dangerously, ya know?

Birthday went well. Pretty uneventful, so to speak. Got to blow about $450, though. Woohoo.

Spent about $240 mailing stuff out for people. Kento, Sage, Jester...your stuff has shipped.

A HUGE word of thanks goes out to Sageronin...

I didn't know that he had spent that much to get the wheels out! Sweet mother...that was MOST generous on your part, Sage. I bow down to you, fine sir.

Also spent another $200 on an AC for the lil one, as his just about crapped out. Niiiice...I still had to buy his supplies. Milk, pampers, baby food...you know, the works.


But aside from that, things went fairly well. Everythin was pretty much low-key. Called a couple of members just to check up on them, see how they were doin. Went to Mass and then dinner with the family...everythin turned out alright. Got me a new 10' fishing pole...so I'm gonna see if I can get that broken in.

Sometimes it's chunky, sometimes it's runny. Ah...but such is life. Hope you went fishing while on yer friend's boat. I'm prolly gonna chance the ASPCA phoning in a beached whale sighting and go in the water this weekend.

My son got me a new fishing rod, so I plan on seein what it's capable of.

Quiet is good....I never really minded quiet times. It seems like the weather's sorta the same in both our places, too. Been hot here...like 98 degs hot. And got some good rain showin up too. Got drenched several times on the bike already.

While I don't mind bein rained on all that much, I'm really not a big fan of the rear fishtailin' on me. Guess that's what I get for drivin around on a bald rear.
