Feel sorry for the track worker's family if he was killed. But when you're going that fast you only have a split-second to make a decision, both the riders AND track workers.

It was ameteur hour back then, obviously.

The safety procedures are much better now for track days and LRRS racing.

But the AMA guys still won't come back yet for safety reasons.

The racing guys are saving up to put in some air fences around the course.
