My son has a re-geared R6 and we often line em up for sh*ts and giggles. I have him out of the hole and until I shift to 3rd. On the Busa I just run away from him, plane and simple. There's no way even a turbo'd 9 could beat a Busa even out of the hole. That is if the Busa rider has any idea what he's doin.

I'm not going to create an account for that. No matter how fast you are, there's always somebody out there that's faster. And there are a bunch of guys out there on Busa's who think they are the fastest thing on the street when all they really do is pose.

I have a hard time believing the 9 out ran a Busa light to light, turbo or not -
keep in mind the busa is lighter and has at least a 25-35 hp advantage. the only chance a 9 could have is if the busa rider is a dork!!

Thats what im thinking. No doubt your 9 is a bad ass machine but the busa is a 9 sec quarter mile machine stock.

Most likely yes. They think liter bikes refers to all crotch rockets. Or at least some people i have found believe that. They dont understand the CC to Litre comparison evidently. Chock it up to poor education. Or lack of brains to do their own research

Maybe we should start calling our Busas "1/3 gallon bikes", to compensate for the ignorant?
