Something different

I recently paid my busa off and man what a great feeling to own the bike completely!!! Now it is time to start the next step which is adding on aftermarket parts which I am sure I will spend as much on as the bike!

In changing the look and performance of the bike I was set on either a yoshi or muzzy full exhaust kit to shed weight and to gain power but in building the bike here in the near future I know that I want to set it apart from other bikes. I am thinking of going with muzzy's sidwinder drag pipe instead of a full system. I love the way the busa looks with a side drag pipe and think it would set the bike apart considering I have only seen one busa with this pipe on it in my area. I am wondering if anyone has info or comments on performance results or any big problems with this type of exhaust. I know that I will have to cut out some of the fairing which is fine but want to make sure that I won't have any problems with the bike when I bypass the oil cooler like they recommend. Other than that I will just have to watch my right hand turns!

Any info on this would be great!!!

Do a search I'm to lazy on Mother's Day. Cutting your plastics = con, 10-15 HP = pro.

Not sure if the drag pipe will do you well. Depends on all the other mods.

keep in mind if you're running that Sidewinder-style exhuast you cant take corners the same anymore:right-hand turns are guna be alot wider than with any other low-mount pipe set-up, and this system is about the loudest one on the market...might not sit well w/neighbors, dunno how much that matters where you're at??

I've heard them in person and must say they are built very well, and sound wicked even at idle...but that WOT howl is a bit too much for me personally, just my .02c there.
