Changing to a hotter NGK Iridium CR9EIX. Probably a good move, huh?

Withut sniffing on a dyno, i would say that the bike is running pretty good!

That was prior to my dyno tune. I am curious what they look like now after the tune and some miles on them. Dyno tune was a factorypro dyno, I forget how many gas sniffer it is.... I'm sure you are going to tell me 8)

Thanks bro. She was running rich then I switched air filters and she went lean. I assume the lean A/F burned some of the deposits off. Changing them just for the heck of it. Am I switching to a decent plug or will I be too hot now on my spark

That plug should be allwright to change to! Its not going to hurt anything!

You have more than 4-5 rings of discoloration from heat. I would lean towards lean...running hot.

Thanks, Greg. Lean is what we adjusted for on the dyno. Runs a lot better now that she's tuned.

(justtight @ Sep. 13 2007,22:54) Maybe I need to check mine
5k miles here. About 1k running lean. Don't overtighten when you put back. Book calls for about 8 ft lbs torque. Check gap (.7-.8mm). I also use a little anti-sieze on the thread.
