Just a work about the denso race plugs..

you were correct about 1200 mile had to replace, good or bad - still dont know ??

Does Autolite have a plug that will cross reference with the stock plugs. Autolite is the plug of choice in most turbo nitrious bikes that I have seen. The tip is super tough.

Ok guys whats a good plug? I know the stock plugs are the NGK CR9E .I pulled mine out and they looked a little carbon fouled ... and this was before the +5+5+5! I have previously used the CR9EK ,in my zx9r, which is the same plug but dual electrode..I was thinking of running the CR8EK which would be the dual jobbies with one heat range hotter.NGK recomended there new CR9evx plug which is a platinum single electrode.I noticed that Suzuki was running the 9EK`s in the TLR the first year and then they switched to the 8EK`s because of fouling....Any of you tuner guys have any recomendations?

Steer clear of Splitfires ... PLEASE ...
Have had 1 engine destroyed due to them already, wouldn't want to see any Busa damaged because of them.
It's all to common for the ground electrodes to break off and wreak havoc to your combustion chamber. Was told by others that Splitfire simply buys plugs from another brand and then changes/replaces/deforms ??? the ground electrode to make it unique but apparently durability of this is dubious to say the least.

1300guy, give the Denso U27ES-NZU a try, Street -n- Comp in Albany New York has them in stock. Regular UPS should drop them in your lap in about a day.

This is the plug recommended by *Factory Pro* the dyno mfg in Cal. they have tunned a few Hayabusa with several differant mfg.s exhaust system.

Do your plugs look a little rich with all those +5 +5 +5 settings. If you want to try others just stop by or borrow the Box :)

I haven`t pulled the plugs out since the Yoshing.I`ll be diving into the bike after the Holidays.I`m remodling my bathroom now...Damn with the money I`m dropping on that project I could have been doing ,cams, wheels, and a turbo.I have found just enough to do the double bubble,plugs,bmc,corbin,gen-mar,sunstar frt,Friction perf frt brk pads,per-form/mobil 1 and a good cleaning.Hell I`m lucky I can afford toilet paper after my divorce, lol.
