is there a actual foot lbs they use? i just changed mine *havent started the biek up* and just went till there was some resistance with the rachet.

Not very much. I usually get barely an eighth of a turn after it touches down.

i just did wha ti normally do on a car.. 1/8-1/4 turn after any ristance. and yea.. i used the anti-seize stuff.
