special fluid for air to liquid intercoolers?

Hi.
I have heard rumours that a special fluid exists for use in an air to liquid intercooler, does anyone know if such thing exist
and if yes where to buy it?

I already use it together with a couple drops of dish washing soap
I know that distilled water has the highest thermal capacity among the easy to get fluids and it is very hard to beat.

Now this is why i am searching for a replacement to distilled water fluid...
Of course i wouldn't mind to lower the incoming air temperature as well but i do recognise
that pure distilled water is better than coolant (glycol-water mix) in temperature transfer.
