what is the is the factory error for the hayabusa when seting up the calculations?

That will vary from bike to bike. mine was only 3% off but my friends was 8%

7-10% is about normal.

Mine was 10 off, so came out to 15%. Sucked. Then I got the speedohealer and it changed my life.

how can you plug a number higher than 5 when it automaticly change to +5.5 if you try to put in a number higher than that, the number you using are - or +?

from previous thread i seen people sayiing -6.9 was the factory error for all hayabusas, but when i try to put that number in the calculation block the -6.9 turn back into 5.5, that is all. but since the factory error is diferrent in all busas i'm just going try diferent values to get it right. thanks

I saw a video on Youtube where the guy says that Suzuki's are VERY accurate with their speedos. Now, everyone will believe this bs.

I just ordered one from Pashnit. Put the bike on the dyno the other day and my speculation was confirmed that I was off about 8-10 mph...stock.

I am about to go 16t on the front so this will also help me adjust for the sprocket.

Best bet it to use (borrow if you have to) a GPS, get the actual speed and your indicated speed, plug that into the online calculator and you'll be dead on...at least within a couple tenths which you can't differentiate anyway.

That's kinda funny b/c I sell Suzuki Speedohealers probably 2 to 1 over Kawasaki & Hondas.
