SPEEDOMETER HELP

I installed some SRP Glo Gauges and when I plugged the instrument cluster back up and turned on the ignition my needles went around and back to the bottom as usual, but my speedometer needle keeps pointing back directly north at 100 mph. I moved the needle back while powered up and tried again and got the same results. I did the reset step mentioned in the haynes manual and the needle keeps pointing north. Does anyone know what I can do?

Remove the Glo Gauges and see if that fixes the problem?

Did you take the needles off when you installed the faces ? If so then they must not be on the right spot . I did mine on both bikes without taking the needles off.

Thanks for the advice, turns out it the speedohealer needed to be reset.
