Ok it's time for some new parts. Let me start by telling you how and where I ride. Most of my time is spent on the highway going back and forth to work(100miles round trip). I do like playing it the twisties so keep that in mind also. I may not be the fastest in the turns but I am getting better so I want to be able to trust my tires. I am still running stock tires and brakes with no reasons to beleave that they don't work well but what would you suggest?
Here is what I need:
1) front and rear tires.
2) Brake lines. I heard alot about stainless steel brake lines. So it's time to replace the stock rubbers ones.
3) Brakes. My front brakes are starting to squeak but still have some life left. But I am going to replace front and rear.
Also where is the best place to order parts from?
Lets hear it.

Hmm, Goodrich stainless braided lines. Buy a Mighty Vac.

EBC Brake pads...though I cannot remember which flavor...

Rear Braking Wave Rotor, If your like me you allmost never use your rear so it may as well be a little light weight one.

How are you doing for Heli-Bars, Double Bubbles, Undertails, Carbon Fibre? Interested in looks or stirctly performance driven mods?

Just looking for replacement parts for now. I like the stock look but I have taken off the stickers. Thanks for the info

tires are everthing...those round trips are gonna kill anything worth while thou in a real hurry . The 010 or 020 should fit yer stlye of riding , bit harder up the middle (for them hi-way clicks yer gonna log) anything else most likely wont have much left by the time U get it to the twisties .

Chain an' sprocs...if I were you I'd just buy steel sprogs, they last longer, and you dont seem worried about the extra ounces . Go up one on the front,if yer not a racer,or a stunter...get some better miliage an' less wear an tear on yer motor . Re-new as a set, all 3 componants in yer final drive.Buy an awesome chain . Big n' beefy . Ten five tensil strength min. Nothin showie, or fancy...MOST , but not all of them are shid .

Brakes , if you can afford the best...BUY THE BEST . Its a motorcycle, its a Busa, it can already go fast . So, you need to make it stop fast aswell . Pads... little difference (in the street catagory) , rotors the same , calipers the same , but you will notice more feel, more power, out of some lines. Stock lines suck . You pull the lever ... and the hose expands ... end of story .

If yer lookin' fer brand names just holla.....

Hav a good 1....RSD.

Goodrich steel lines?:super:? Hmmm could that be Goodridge Steel brake lines??? Tires your choice get a sport touring tire like the 020, which will be my next rear (coming up in the near near future)

If you ride that much on a daily commute, have you thought about some comfortable mods?

Heli-bars or corbin?

Just an idea...

I'm happy with the way the Busa feels and I have no complaints. My ride into work is only 45 mins to an hour. I have ridin up to 6 hours with very little discomfort. This bike is great.
