Jon has made some mistakes in the past, business wise.
He has gone to great lengths to correct those problems.
I have had NOTHING but great work and service from SportChrome!
Very hard situation to just plain discuss on this board. I don't want to bash anyone's business. I can really be an a$$hole when someone pushes me to the limit, and believe me...I am there. But, at the same time, I will honor my word to Jonathan and not "po-mouth"(that's how we say it here in the South) his business.
i know that they had problems in the past and from what i take they corrected them... it just that if i am going to give someone my parts to have them done, i want them done right. this is a lot of money we're gambling with.
I wouldn't BS you. There work is top-notch, but my problem came in other areas. CUSTOMER SERVICE was the sh^ttiest I've ever encountered. The issue of "honesty" came into play when I dealt with them.
