Sprocket changes and how it affects mph

Does anyone have a guide/template on how changing out of your stock gearing will change your mph. For instance on my busa (gen1) I think going up 3 in the rear added 7 false mph (57mph instead of 50). does anyone have a good reference chart? ive now gone down two in the front and up three in the back.

Why not go down one in the front and stock 40T in the rear? Would be about the same as you have now.

Down two in the front puts your chain in a bind and robs HP.

I like the 43T rear and stock 17T front. Makes the chain last much longer as a bonus!
