You could get another stock unit and get a support brace. That’s what I ran. I also only used 3 Brock springs and 3 stock springs on my clutch.

I meant 3 brock, 3 Barnett. My bike made 287rwhp and never slipped

I've always wondered why Suzuki insists on using a hydraulic clutch on many of their bikes yet the GSXR uses a cable clutch with zero issues...

How is engagement/disengament different between a cable and hydraulic?
Both push the clutch pushrod.
Hydraulic pressure makes one work, vs leverage with the cable and a spring in the sprocket cover to aid in the pusher's return.

The Hydraulic clutches tend to take less effort to use, and they push the pushrod as far as needed every time, so no slack as the clutch plates wear, which is why cable clutches need adjustment over time.

Never had a clutch cable break....although I know it's not impossible...

I'm not sure about maintenance as the clutch fluid has to be replaced periodically...

With good aftermarket and factory QS available these days, the clutch is used less and less....

Never thought about changing the fluid on the hydro clutch.

I’ve had a spare clutch cable in the toolbox for 20yrs, probably never use it.

I went cable on the turbo, cost just alil more than those fancy covers but if u sell the old parts it comes out net cheaper
