Sproket cover

Do you have to bleed the clutch to remove the sproket cover slave. I just saw a lot of goop behind it and wanted to clean it out.

I removed my sprocket cover without having to bleed the lines. If you remove the line, you will have to bleed it out, though...
 
Also be careful around the seal for the push rod. You don't want to have to replace that seal. :beerchug:
 
Is there any other type of maintenance or things to watch out for? I am going to be replacing the chain and sprocket on my bike soon and was gonna do some cleaning and look to see if anything else needs to be fixed or replaced.
