Squishy Brakes

This might be a dumb question, but where do you fill your brake fluid? I see where the indicator levels are on the bars, and the left one looks empty... not to mention the front brake feels really squishy, it works well still, but its giving me an uneasy feeling whenever i use it. Thanks.

Time for fresh fluid. Easy job. Do a search.

Remove reservoir cover. Don't spill fluid on anything if possible.

The left one is for the clutch. If your brakes feel squishy you probably need to bleed them.

Next time you are at Wal-Mart go into the baby section and buy one of these.

yes I agree it is easier with that I have a turkey baster, it will do the same thing

Took it to the shop and had them bleed the brakes for 15 bucks..... squishiness went away for a while, but now its back. Maybe i need new brake lines? K3 with 26k on it.

before you change your fluid, check your brake pads for wear; they might need replacing as well
